Underhood emissions sticker - can anyone print a new one?

i need to try to do the same thing for both of my cars. my Spirit needs the underhood emissions sticker, but with only 1208 produced i seriously doubt i can get another one for my Regal i'd like to get a replacement SPID sticker since i'd like to replace the trunklid. let us know if you are able to make a good recreation if you go that route.

you cant get those. all you can get is a printout by the dealer.
