Turboing a 3.4L

im looking into boosting my 3.4 vert. anyone have any ideas on how much psi this motor is gonna handle and what kinda gains im looking at...

 

as well as what to upgrade..ie axles tranny...etc

 

what is NEEDED and doesnt necessarily need to be changed.

cant yet, need a winter car:( plus im not gonna give away 1000. that would bring my price to 3500.

not to be a ass, but thats seting the bar a little high. i would be happy with 13s, you could get 11s or 12s out of if, but it would cost a arm and a leg, but IMO if your going to do it, the LQ1 would be my pick.

one question - do you know how to fabricate and weld?

 

no = lots of money to pay a shop to do it.

welding istnt an issue for me. only major thing would be the manifold. i could do the rest.
