what it is single down pipe to straight pipe to the back and just before the spare tire tub theres a Y-Pipe splitting it into the dual muffers

this was happening before the new mufflers were in but i kept getting a check engine light when i ran my car for a long period and then when i shut the car off the light went away and it would do this for a while so i checked my codes today and got a code 32 would this happen due to the exhust or not?
