ns87
I installed some stock Olds fog lights several years ago. Unfortunately, where the ground attaches on the inside keeps getting rusty and blows the fuse. I took them apart and cleaned them previously, but now all the HEX screws are stripped and that isn't possible. Can I run that ground wire somewhere else on the assembly? Will that allow the light to work without the ground right near the bulb? Thanks!
pwmin
it has to ground to the bulb, i think
1990lumina
Next time you take it apart cover the grounds in vaseline or something similar to keep water out.
ns87
I wish I could, but so many of the hex screws are stripped its not worth it to me. Theres replacement ones on ebay I'm looking at, or I'll get cheapo ones
