I have a buddy whose Dad is big into the mustang pace cars and they have a few go carts that look just like that only its a mustang. He had told me that they made so many of those each year to match the pace car and that they were in the parades and stuff. He has a 79 and a 94 to match his full size pace cars and they are both worth a bunch of money.
