Addicted2bass Posted July 23, 2007 Report Posted July 23, 2007 How often are the tachs inaccurate on tgps? Like most speedos mine is 10 mph fast, but does that problem affect the tach to? When im at idle my tach reads ~1500rpm. It also seems high under normal driving. If im accelerating normally from a light the tach will read 2500-3000. Under the same acceleration my 96 GP with the 3100 reads 2000-2500. However once my TGP drops into overdrive the rpms seem normal. Is my tach off or what? Also what kind of gas mileage should i be getting? My DIC says im getting 18.9 and on my first tank of gas i figure i got around 18 mpg. Quote
