GutlessSupreme
I was busting your ass, sorry man. there is no heat suit lol. are the calipers only a year old too? does it groan constantly or only when moving slow/one direction etc.

It mainly groans when the brakes are applied/released at a slow speed. Also, the driver's rear brake will spin with the parking brake applied, but stop spinning when the ctul brakes are applied. Hope that helps.
GutlessSupreme
If the ebrake isn't working on one side, it could be a stretched cable, or there could be a calilper problem. how is the brake pad wear on that side versus the other rear? if the pad wear is very uneven it could be the caliper. Supreme Cutlass
I couldn't tell much difference from the top of the caliper, but it's hard to tell. I was thinking about disassembling the sliders and lubing them, on all the brakes since they looked like they were in bad shape on one or two calipers, would that help? Unfortunately I had the brakes done somewhere instead of doing it myself (was concerned about safety at the time) so the work is rather shoddy. GutlessSupreme
that definetly would help, and you'd find out if one was in really poor shape or not.
Supreme Cutlass
Well everything looks pretty much normal on the brakes. Do you think this could cause the noise? ( that's my monoleaf pad) that, and how do I re-attach this? and finally, I know it's hard to say, but does this cracked brake line look serious? Supreme Cutlass
Well everything looks pretty much normal on the brakes. Do you think this could cause the noise? That's my finger pulling what's left of the rubber pad away from the hub. I'm asking if the monoleaf rubbing bare against the hub could sound like brakes groaning. that, and how do I re-attach this? < in this picture I'm holding the dust shield that's loose from the rear strut, I need to know how the hell I'm supposed to get it back on. and finally, I know it's hard to say, but does this cracked brake line look serious?< I said it's hard to see, get over it. I replaced it so now it doesn't matter. Alright slick does that help you?
SigEpCutlass
If the brake line is in fact cracked, it would be in your best interest to replace it sooner rather than later.

Yeah, right after I made that first post I thought "I'm gonna hate myself if my laziness wrecks my car" as I said it's in the next post, it doesn't matter, I replaced it. kuwaitliberation
Well, I still don't know how to put that thing back on the rear strut..... I don't even have mine on anymore. I replaced the struts and left the boots off. They don't seem useful at all.
