slick Posted June 26, 2007 Report Posted June 26, 2007 According to car-part.com, they are the same item numbers for these years and models, as Rob pointed out to me yesterday. As long as this ECM will power and run a 3800 correctly (assuming it is the problem), thats all that we would need. Quote
IRONDOG442 Posted June 26, 2007 Author Report Posted June 26, 2007 Well actually after running it again today I see that the search engine (which is powered by Hollander) when asked to deliver a 1998 they only show 1998 as choices 3400 SFI, 3100 SFI, L-36, L-67, etc....Then for the 1999 model year which offered the L36 and the LX-5 offers 1999 and 2000 and both LX-5 and L36 powered cars appear for possible ECM purchase and interchange..?!?!?!?!?!?!?
