Andrew
the car audio line is made by a different company, however the few comments i have found on the net have been very positive. expensive though, and i can only find them at futureshop, which is not in the states AFAIK. BTW Klipsch now owns Energy Home Audio. I emailed Energy regarding thiele/small parameters. The response I received: I have no information that Energy manufacturers car audio speakers. slick
Ok, I went onto http://www.futureshop.com and found the Energy lineup. The first thing I wanted to look at was the subwoofer. It's almost EXACTLY the same as the Power Acoustic Fubar series. Which equals junk. After looking through some of the stuff, they would be alright, but I would only spend about 1/4 of what they are asking for that stuff. I say avoid. Do you really think a well known company like Energy would stake their reputation and let someone else use their logo and brand name? I don't think So! http://www.futureshop.ca/learnmore/ProductReviews/en/energy_pure_sound_speakers.asp?logon=&langid=EN
Andrew
Huh. i was thinking the same about name infringement, but i would of figured some uppity up at the company would of known they started producing car audio products!! A new sound from an established name.Energy Speakers Systems has more than 30 years designing and building premium speakers for home systems. The company applies the same important objectives to its car speakers that it has with its award-winning home lines....
