never heard of them, and I used to live in Greenwood!

4 springs in a box? coilovers for the front and rear?????????? deleting the original springs?

if you check his other auctions, it's the same picture for all of them. probably just the generic picture they use for ebay. I'd be interested in checking this out, though

what do they use for a mount? you can use the stockers on the rear, but no way on the front. it would have to come with some sort of fabbed mount. very suspicious.

This is fishy to me...

I'm doing the coil overs and I looked into building my own. You can barely buy 1 coil over spring for that price, let a lone 4 springs, mounts, retainers and sleeves. To build your own you are looking around $1300USD plus finding a way to get mounts made. The term "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. At that price there are probably no poly gaskets bushings or anything else to go between the spring and the hardware, this could mean BIG noise.

I also have to agree with pwmin... there is no mounts pictured and for that I would be really hesitant. The fronts especailly, and I realize that the pic is a genaric pic, but wtf, why not better represent your products by taking actual pictures of the product to post? its not like you have to pay to host pictures or anything.

I also find it odd that for a guy that sells coil overs for sooooo many cars, he bought several coil over kits for different cars from other auctions for $7 per kit. Are his just copies of other people products?

the place is not too far from me, so I want to maybe stop by and check those out sometime. Maybe later this week if Ken and I are both free we can go check them out and maybe take some pictures and measurements

There's still 3 days left to go on the auction, so I doubt it will stay at $90 for long. What do you guys think they'll sell for?

He may not know the exact years that the suspension was the same. He probably assumes that the 88 and 89 are the RWD variants.

thats kinda my point...he doesnt know what years were the same, so how does he know they will actually work?

This coming from the guy that had to get all his work done more than once cause the first guy had NO clue what he was doing

Seriously though, about the price, theres no reserve, so obviously he can let them go that low, so what if they are going to increase over the coming days. If he can let them go that low I'd really be interested in knowing his secret, because at that rate of going, you would have to mass produce sooo many kits to make any profit, and even then you would likely have to use crappy low grade materials.

Psych0matt, if you could stop off and see them that would be awesome. Too late for me, but if its a real deal then it would be a steal for everyone else!

I started in with a barrage of questions. I started off easy, so here is the first Q & A:

Q: I can't tell from the picture, but how does the raise/lower adjustment work? It is the sleeve and nut setup?

A: We have 2 different spindles, one that you release the allen head screw, then rotate the spindle nut up and down then tighten back up. The other is 2 spindle nuts that lock together against each other.

My next set of questions which I am waiting on a response for:

Q: What is the spring rate on these? Does it come with the rear top mounting bracket? On the 88 - 96, it has a monoleaf spring that runs from one rear wheel to the other. When you put these on, you remove the entire monoleaf and go with coilovers. You have to put in a different top mount so the spring can be seated at the top. It also will need to be big enough to dampen the shock to help prevent metal fatigue.

If you guarantee they will fit, that is the problem you are going to run into.

Also, does it come with something to dampen the noise out?
