stryker
How hard is it to put one of these in a W-body? Looks like a tight fit to me.
GP1138
Wh.... huh? I installed a water pump in my car and it was not hard... you mean to replace it? It is not hard. Only hard part is getting the bolts off of the pulley since it spins, even with the belt on it can be a bitch.. some people put a wrench in between the bolts, I put a wrench on one, loosen two, and then put a wrench between the loose ones to get the others out. stryker
I didn't want to but I got a pump from Autozone. It was only $20,warranted for life. I just looked the car,now that me and it both have cooled off and it looks pretty simple to me. I figured it was the pump, water was running down the belt right under the pump and puddling on the ground. I will replace it tomorrow evening after work!
