god910 Posted June 27, 2003 Report Share Posted June 27, 2003 I figured I would throw this out there I figure it's just the switch, but if there is a chronic problem, then I thought I should ask. The rheostat works fine for dimming the dash lights, (Well it WOULD, if my dash didn't flicker, but that's another fix that I haven't gotten around to.) but when you put it all the way up, it doesn't turn on the dome light. ismellrealbad Posted June 27, 2003 Report Share Posted June 27, 2003 i had this problem with my 89 GP, but if u pushed it hard enough and fidgited enought it would comeon, but THEN it wouldnt shut off!!! it took a lot of punching to get that thing to turn off. i finally got sick of this process andjust used the map lights from then on Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
