gmrulz4u Posted June 26, 2003 Report Posted June 26, 2003 Since I've owned my 89 Supreme, for over 3 years now, the light bulbs for the ash tray and the floor shift column have NEVER worked. I remember once that I replaced both of them with New bulbs, but didn't have time to find out why they still would not work. So, I now have time to find out what the heck is going on, so if anyone can help me out with regards to wiring, it would be appreciated. For example, where does the wire go that connects to the bulb under the shift column. THANKS! Quote
Pabz Posted June 27, 2003 Report Posted June 27, 2003 first step check fuses, i think its a 5amp fuse for interior lights, what other lights don't work, does the dimmer light work, and the lights for the radio and HVAC work? could also be like in my case a grounding problem, that keeps blowing that fuse, but i fixed it! yes!
