GhrarhG
To bring up an old topic. I'm looking to repair my bellows, and I have the flexible couplings that I ordered from verocious motorsports. I noticed on my crossover that the one connection that came apart (the longer side) seems to have a 1 3/4 on the ex manifold side and a 2" on the turbo flange side. It's actually like a sleeve, the ex manifold side slides inside the turbo flange side, and the flex coupling is welded outside of that slip joint. Here are some pics to explain. \ The piece on the right actually slides into the pipe on the inside of the bellows (the last pic) How have people dealt with this when welding on new bellows? One side fits inside the 1 3/4" bellows, one doesn't. I'm not afraid to cut and weld, but I was just looking for a bit of advice. Thanks, Jon
