aiming factory fogs: 95 Cutlass

My factory fog lights appear to be aimed way too far down (as almost every manufacturer seems to do from the factory).

 

Is there a simple adjusting screw to level them?

yeah, its a spring loaded bolt behind the light

Is a black plastic thumb screw, up and down is all you have. Adjust them every month or so because they will move.

driver's side adjusted fine, passenger's side just clicks as i turn it. i assume the screw is too far out, so it's off the threads? Unless it's stripped.... guess i'll put it up on ramps to get a better look.
