5speedz34
So after I did all the intake work, tune-up, etc. The car started to knock. It knocked on me before but went away after it warmed up and I put it off as a lifter. I changed the oil a couple weeks ago after it was overdue and I found a piece of metal attached the the magnet on the drain plug. Crank bearings! OH NOES! I put Royal Purple 10W-30 in and some Lucas and the thing quieted it up quite a bit. So fast forward to last week. I noticed the thing leaking something and I thought it was transmission fluid. I get in it last week and I'm getting a metal sound when I turn the wheel almost like brakes grabbing. I get to NAPA and the thing is smoking, yeah PS fluid. It's barely drivable and my sister calls it the "green dragon", LOL!

5speedz34
I don't know she's getting a vibe soon. The car still drives minus the PS problems. I don't know, we'll probably keep it around and I'll throw a new powertrain in some time.

Brian P
Any car my sister drives gives me the same shit. When she had the Cutlass it'd blow thru struts, balljoints, brakes, and the DAY I put the F/S sign on it, it shit the fuel pump. Now she has the '02 GP SE and it went thru lower intake gaskets, brakes at all corners, front struts, fan blower resistor module, fuel level sending unit, etc Neither car of hers had nearly as much mileage as my cars. Brian P
Women can't be trusted. I think she jumps curbs and speedbumps, and goes offroading and autoxing, yet I never see any visible damage

Crazy K
Yeah..... uhhh..... I didn't want to say this, but.... i did see a woman driver make high speed 90 degree turn into interstate traffic, after she tried to cut around the merging traffic in the orange stripped area and realized there was a sign in front of her. and she was carrying her 5 year old in the car without a seatbelt.... he was playing on the p/s airbag cover! no accident... but damn! She just kinda doesn't know how to take care of an older car. I mean I would do the maintenance, but like car washes, general mechanical inclination for listening to shit doesn't exist with her. Otherwise I mean I can't complain, she barely drives the thing, and it does have 190k.
