How do I remove those little black cups.

I found a 92 white conv cutlass with maroon color inside in the j/y today with a lot of spare parts still in it. One thing I'm going to pull out is those little black cups on top of the windshield frame that the top latches into. They seem to be in there pretty tight to where I'm afraid that if I pull them out I'm going to rip them apart. What is the best way to get those out and with what tool?

pull the window interior trim off, and look at it from the undrside.
