z34duck
I used a cut off wheel and cut both sides of the bolt to get mine off and then just bought a new bolt. worked for me

kuwaitliberation
Similar on my Ranger, standard trans. The pilot bearing was seized in the pilot hole. I tried a ton of stuff. Finally had to get the dremel out and cut the dang thing out. Be careful not to cut through and damage the housing. An air hammer would cause more problems if you did it wrong because you could just wedge it in there sideways even tighter than it is now. Torch does sound like a good idea, cept that there is a lot of rubber parts around there. If you can isolate it, that's a really good way to get it out. Cheap, too. GutlessSupreme
I'm a little unclear on what the problem is exactly? Are you trying to remove the control arm and the bolt/nut's seized? Are you trying to replace the control arm bushings?
