RobertISaar
since no ones biting on that one how about this: T70 Turbocharger DESCRIPTION Brand new in box Inlet (Exducer/Hot Side) T-3 Flange 0.84 Exducer A/R 0.70 Compressor A/R Cooling/Lubrication Oil Outlet (exducer/hot side) 3 " V-Band Inlet (compressor/cold side) Ø 102mm (4") Outlet (compressor/cold side) Ø 65mm (2.5") Compressor major diameter Ø 84 mm since there's only a $30 difference between the two(and this one says brand new as the other one doesn't but it might be new(doubit it though), it doesn't say used) i'm considering either but i dont' know how to "read" the specs to know if its optimized for a bigger or smaller motor. RobertISaar
normally i'd have a response within 3 minutes... i'll try giving more information going to be for the motor in my sig... going to rebuild the top when i pull it to install the 282(if i can find them cheap enough, forged pistons, if not hypertruec(?)). i'll be doing a P&P on the heads as well as the LIM and UIM and i might try lowering the compression a little bit by removing material in the combustion chambers. it'll eventually move over to a 3400 or a 3500/3900 if they ever get cheap enough for me to consider them a deal. if this goes through the wet shot nitrous idea is going out the window(don't need it with a decent turbo)

Roadzombie
Not sure about the T70, but the T3/T04 might be a bit small. The T3/T04 was the upgrade of choice when I had my 2.2L I4 Probe GT...so may be a bit on the small side for a 3.1L V6. Not saying it wouldn't work, but ya may want to go with something a little bigger for more bang for your buck.
RobertISaar
yeah but how high did that probe turn its motor to. btw i could have bought a 89 probe gt with turbo 2.2 and 5 speed for 300...all it needed was a radiator :smiley that smacks himself on the forehead:
kuntzie
just get a gt2871r/ gt3076r and call it a day the 1st turbo is too small, the 2nd one is too big

digitaloutsider
eBay turbochargers that sound too good to be true (read: price) are pieces of shit. Trust me.
