slick
Truthfully, mine LQ1 powered vehicle was expensive because of the level of the amount of hackwork that was involved when I purchased the vehicle. Will I own another LQ1 vehicle- Most likely yes, I want another Z34 to build.

Although truthfully, my Z34 never gave me any problems at all. Who did you buy your Z34 from? Someone on the board?
slick
Yes, he was a member here several years ago. His name was 4spdz34(Josh). You can look up his SN and find his old posts. After he sold the car to me, he pretty didn't respond to any PM's, emails, IM's, etc..... Absolutely no help to the vehicle that he created. The Z34 was a VERY steep learning curve for me. I guess so, it seems like he tossed together a hack job Z34 and wanted nothing to do with it once it was sold. I bet you leanred so muhc working on that car, it would make working on a nice running LQ1 so easy for you. When are you wanting to do this project? slick
Once I finally get a house (next 5-7 years) I plan on getting another Z34. I will probably search the south for a rust free body. The rest of the stuff I don't mind getting elsewhere.

slick
Shouldn't be too hard.
chadz34
Shouldn't be too hard. I guess so, they aren't too hard to find now, but how often do nice looking Z34's come up? Like, you might need to travel to get one.

Although, search through autotrader nationwide and you'll find a few clean low mileaged ones

Euro, you should have kept that sweet Lumina you had, that thing was a favourite around here.
White93z34
the GT is a all around nicer car, the euro was clean and all, but rather bland. as much as i liked his euro, the GT is a better car in the end. but good to hear that you got your LS back in action, def do a shift kit my 4t60e had a shift kit... well as far as i could tell it had one, shifted better then any stock 4t60e i have ever drove, always nice firm shifts. and like chris said, it increases the life of the trans.
