19Cutlass94 Posted May 16, 2007 Report Share Posted May 16, 2007 Take off the light covers, youll see like 4 0r 6 10mm bolts. Take those out. Take out the front inner fender wells, Theres brackes on the front and bottom for the front end of the fender. Theres 2 brackets on each fender, 4 bolts to a side. Take those off. ONce those are off, you may have some push pins on the bottom of the fender. Once all of that is off, the bumper should just fall off.
