S P E E D
Well after 2 rads that didn't fit only to find out my rad can be repaired I ended up welding up my 1st gen Blow Off Valve on last night at the shop. It's a good thing I did cause the upper IC pipe had 2 small pin hole leaks in the seams where the factory welds are. Turned out real nice...even painted the pipe to match the lower IC for now. I was gonna heat wrap them but I think I'm gonna fab up my own IC pipes simply because I think the lower IC pipe has a pin hole leak aswell. Also with the Big 16G I'm gonna have to make the lower IC pipe because of the Cold side housing differs from our T-25's. With only stock boost you can hardly hear the BOV but I put it on to save the turbo from imput shaft failiure when I do up the boost. I'll post up some pics tonight of the BOV install. futuretgper
dude you should go for the 20g if your going to get a mitsu turbo...i seem to remember thinking the compressor maps for them actually suited our engine pretty well!
Garrett Powered
personally I would bring it back to its stock glory before attempting mods and upgrades. the system must be mastered before moving on. just my own experience with these cars. cheaper and easier and in most cases better. unless you are talking about new style alts and starters, then you have my full attention. FordBoy
hopefully your planned upgrades go well for ya try not to blow it up
S P E E D
The 20G would be nice but hey anything is better then the T-25. The Big 16 G flows pretty decent 550 cfm is much better then our sub 400 cfm flow rate. I'm not out to break any HP records. Just looking for some SAFE fun. I have a GT25 on my GSX-R 1000 and it spools hard. She's making 231 Safe WHP with 11 to 1 Air fuel. I don't wanna blow anything up like I said just lookign for a bit more Jam. S P E E D
Sorry about the quality...was off my camera on my phone. My rad is out of the car now and that large vaccum line is from the coolant bottle. Pics: Installed and welded it up in less then 2 hours. Gonna heat wrap it when I go front mount which will be very soon. And yes it says bike pics cause I forgot my photobucket password.

Thanks man, I obviously had to sand down the area to weld the flange on so I re-shot the pipe with some VHT paint we use on customers IC piping when they don't want to powder coat. S P E E D
nice, but i NEED pics and video of your bike No prob man, Here's the pics throughout the build. Everything on the bike we built at my buddies place over cases of beer 2002 GSX-R 600 frame with a 2001 GSX-R 1000 motor Dump pipe side view: Manifold and Turbo (Old turbo way to small) Intake manifold and addtional 310cc injectors (Run off SMT6 ecu) I changed the turbo this year to a GT25R and lowered the compression to 9:0.1 with water injection. I also built the motor while I was in doing the head gasket. Everything from ARP studs, Rings, High volume oil pump gear,Springs, retainers pretty much everything minus the pistons. It should make 250 - 275WHP ... but I will be hitting the dyno within 2 weeks to tune it on pump gas.

S P E E D
thats sick!! your bike makes more hp than 99.5% of all TGP's! Well hopefully with the Big 16G the TGP will make more power. My buddy just went 9.0@159MPH with 201WHP on the same bike as mine but on NOS. So hopefully I can put it in the 8's at 160MPH Plus!
