dohc v6
I was wondering if the 95 + w-bodys lateral link arms fit the early gens. I have a 94 z and want tubular. I already bought the trailing arms. I am talking about the adjustable ones.
pwmin
not sure if anyone has actually tried them on a 1G w-body. i know they work on 1.5G, or is that what youre referring to by 95+
dohc v6
Well I have seen them on the bmr site. Just wondering if the stock ones or the bmr ones for that madder will fit.
CSI_MuNkY
Are the 95-96 stock lateral links even tubular? I didn't think they were, although I haven't gotten under my own car to look into it. I assumed that only 1.5Gen and 2nd Gen would be tubular. I'll have to take a peak under my car before I buy any new lateral links... I don't see why they wouldn't fit on earlier cars though. dohc v6
It looks like they are a little bigger at the bushing ends. Here is what I can see. Also held offers them. I would like to get them but not pay 110 a bar. Stock has to be cheaper.
mdelorie
I measured the arms on my Gramps' 2006 Impala. They are the exact same length as the arms off my 91 Lumina. I've got the BMR arms on the way, hope to have them in in the next couple weeks.
dohc v6
Are they tubular the stock ones. I dont want to spend that kind of money with bmr. Also what about the bushing mount. Is it the same? They look to be bigger than the early gens.

The black ones shown there are the stock GM arms with the adjustment on the arm itself.
dohc v6
Yeah I know, just want to know the width of the bushing. It looks like the newer models have bigger bushings
mdelorie
I didn't get that far. I'm getting my arms this weekend, so I'll let you know then. If they are bigger, well I guess I'll have a set of BMR arms to be selling.
