Bulbs for High Mount stop light

Anyone got a "cheaper" alternative for the bulbs that go where the high mount stop light is ?

Went to Murray;s and its a 891 bulb, for $11 each.

 

Wondering if anyone has figured out anything...as I need to replace all 3.

I got a third brake light from a blazer, the long bar, took out the LED strip, put the correct plug end on, and viola, works great. A little long, so its kind of an arc shape, but it works great otherwise

I'm working on an LED replacement too. fortunately the venture vans have one that cuts down easier.
