w-bodys_are_the_best Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 I assume this is not how the sunroof is supposed to be wired, but I've never seen the 91's wiring. It looks like someone couldn't find out why there was no power to the sunroof, so they just ran new wires, and the ends plug into seperate fuses, one is a constant, and one is an acc wire to shut the roof when the car is shut off. The black, orange and white wires must be the original wires. Just wondering if anyone can verify this for me. It works fine the way it is, I might leave it because I don't want to have to tear out the headliner, but I do have a few other wiring issues to track down in the 96. Quote
w-bodys_are_the_best Posted May 9, 2007 Author Report Posted May 9, 2007 Ok, that makes sense, but it still doesn't look right the way they had it. They had the wires running around to the front of the fuse box and stuck in the fuse slots with the fuses. I'm just wondering where they're supposed to be plugged in. You can kind of see it in this pic here: Quote
