what materials did you use?

What did you do with the windshield washer fluid bottle?

some kind of aluminum tubing

i got a 4th gen f-body reservoir and put it up front. just had to extend the 2 wires and the vacuum tubing

i might consider one in the future and mig it together but im not sure i wanna go through all that again right now

I have the best welder, but yo really dont want to make it one piece as it will have no flexabilty.

i made one out of exhaust pipe as you know that was all welded together and i got it in and out no problem. just had to pull the filter off and take the battery out.

what are you going to be selling them for?

Looks awesome! What size tubing is that?

I might be interested in purchasing one if the price is right! unfortunately I don't have a very big budget right now...

next in line....'96-97 lq1 compatible style. im in.

Yeah, I would consider that too!

Does the piping reduce? It looks like towards the frame. If I were you I would just relocate the battery. Makes things easier IMO.

the thing is a lot of people don't want to due to the fact that they run systems and have your main power wire through the interior. Didn't someone say they had charging issues with the battery in the trunk?

I want a CAI, but I'm pretty much against battery relotation, just because it's a pain and a hassle basically, and you just risk making more problems. however, my setup is good enough for now anyways

other than stock connections, and having a 16 foot power wire i guess it's all how it is donw. It can be done for $20 or $100. it all depends how you want to do it, just like any other mod

As far as battery relocation, some dont care about doing it and so dont want to do it. So thats why I have currently 2 designs for the 3.4. As far as the size of the piping it goes from 3in to 2.5 next to the fender, thats the one down side to the non battery relocated version. Exhaust piping is used on exhaust, I used 6061t6 aluminum tubing. I just sold the intake to a board member so I cant get anymore pics. As far as price, I charged him $150 just beause He wanted it before I could advertise it again. I am going to be selling them for 130 shipped includes everything.

What are the bad things about putting it in your trunk?

I don't want it in my trunk  I'd rather not mess with it and run more wires, etc. a CAI can be done without relocation, so if /when I ever do or buy one, might as well take that route

If you want one pm me, I will gladly help you out. All I ask from you is to be patient, as they take time to make, they are not in stock they are all hand made.

I have my battery in the trunk with a system and havn't really had any problems from it other then when i got rear ended and it broke the terminal on the battery. Its cool having one that you don't have to relocate the battery it will save some work. You could probably turn the battery sideways with a new tray and be able to get 3 inch pipe into the fender.

You do have loss over the length of the wire, hence the reason for running a large wire. You MAY need a bigger battery than stock(which you already have covered).

Otherwise, it helps tremendously with the weight distribution in these cars and free's up the engine bay a bit.

I always had a problem with my car starting when hot with my battery reloaction. But then again all I did was put it in the back and run a 4ga wire to the aux terminal post. The correct way is to run a 2 or 0ga wire to the starter directly and run plenty of ground wires. I also bought the new design starter.

It looks great and i may be interested b/c i don't have to relocate the battery, but i do have one question though. I removed my horns the other day and looked to see where i could stick a filter and there was absolutely no place available in the passenger fender, aside from in the wheel well itself, unless i got a torch and cut a hole. Is your 94 differant than my 92 in that sense?
