GPdriver1986
I have a stock muffler on my Grand Prix just single not dual out. I'm looking at buying either a cherry bomb muffler (32.99$CAN), or a cherrybomb turbo (39.99$CAN), or a Dynomax (124.99$CAN). Do cherry bombs sound good with the 3.1 MPFI engine? 91GranSport
If I were you I'd stick with the Dynomax. Personally I prefer a quiet exhaust, but that's just me. Those Cherrybombs you get at Canadian Tire make your car sound like a damn Honda Civic with a coffee can exhaust.
89oldscutlass
I run a cherrybomb on my cutlass for 2yrs and i liked the sound of it.It gives them a low moan sound when at low rpms but at high rpms their not that loud inside the car if your running a full length exhaust. When my cherry bomb rusted out i went to a turbo style muffler and now im ready to go back to cherrybombs aka glasspacks.Just make sure to buy a good quality one i like thrust glasspacks my self because i dont like how cheap glasspacks rack off.I did seem to notice a power difference between the cherrybomb and the turbo muffler I seemed to have more power with the cherry bomb.
