Power Steering fluid mysteriously disappearing

Over the past few months I've noticed my P/S fluid would drain all out in the course of maybe 2 months. I've been looking and looking all over the place and I can't figure out where on earth it's going! I followed all the lines and there seem to be no leaks. The rack is new I changed it myself about a year ago. I noticed the driver side dust boot on the rack is continuously soaked with P/S fluid but there are no tears in the boot itself and I cant figure out where the fluid is coming from. I can try taking pictures or something if it helps but I am ready to give up. Any ideas?

Sounds like the seal inside the rack is going south on you. Those dust covers should be dry.

x2 but i would really hope for it to be a line than have to remove that rack again, especially if you just recently did it
