ryan.h
Today I started it up and got an ABS light and the red brake light. Brakes feel 100% normal. I've been getting the ABS light intermittantly over the past week. Should I just go to a u pull it and get me an ABS brick? Would the ABS module affect the brakes? I thought the red brake light only came on when there was an imbalance in the circuit? Maybe my rears are shot..........?
Andrew
maybe one of the ABS sensors took a crap?
Supreme Cutlass
It could be a leak, the ABS light will go off if there is uneven pressure in the unit, and of course check your fluid, because that can set off the light.

digitaloutsider
The auxiliary positive terminal on the driver's side of the engine bay. My Regal was doing the same thing. Ensure the following: Your battery is in good shape and has a good charge. Your alternator is putting out the correct voltage. There is adequate fluid in the master cylinder. The master cylinder's top is tight.
ryan.h
Gotcha. It was loose/rusty, but I fixed that several months ago. Alternator is new and good last check. Resevoir is full and tight. I'll check the battery.
ryan.h
Battery good........ What is the small(ish) 10-12 ga wire just underneath the aux post? That one is a little loose. Also, go figure - it seems to have fixed itself.
