rear brakes not working

ok, i put new brakes on my car, all around(rotors and pads), and now i have some issues, at first i realized my rear brakes were not working, calipers were frozen, so i got new a one for each side, still didn't work, now my front brakes are trashed. someone said it might be the portion valve? any ideas?

 

also, how do you adjust the E-brake?

sounds like you may have a leak somewhere. try bleeding them again and seeing if you have air. although you'd have a soft pedal as well.

 

I believe all the proportioning is done inside the master cylinder/abs unit.
