grand prix
as good as the engine looks the dogbone's are hella bad, is this normal for only 142k miles? [attachment deleted by admin] Removed to free up storage space.
Crazy K
yes. the early dogbones suck. may i suggest trying out the 95.5 + dogbones that were used on the 3100? they are virtually a direct swap... and don't see to fatigue as often
grand prix
the 3100 will work cool i thought they looked almost the same there is a lumina here in town wrecked with 40k miles on it and i can get the bone for 1 buck each

Otherwise i went to the junk yard and 2 virtually new dogbones. I believe they are $40 at a parts store. I thought it was $40 something for 2 but i could be wrong. Crazy K
two 3100 dogbone issues: on 93- cars (in my experience thus far) one hole is missing. the center front hole must be drilled out. no big deal. the bolts pretty mush tap their own thread as you force them in and out of both the hole you just srilled, and the hole on the drivers side that is untapped. the holes on the top remain the same. the 3100 dogbones intersect with the plastic radiator top. You might consider milling out some of the plastic on the radiator top piece with a file, if you experience a problem here. oh... you can get these for $1 each? YOU SUCK! grand prix
the guy next door to me redid the rubber in his dogbone he cut hocky pucks from the dollar store with a hole saw thing and 2 washers on eather side, he has had them for a yr and they are supper stiff, i just dont like the vibes from his engine. i can get the bones cheap if any one needs some, o not his home made ones but lil used ones, i wish i had time to run to the yard..
