GT Rabit Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 I got some of the nice folks from bstuff.com to make these chops for me. Also I posted this on Bstuff.com. My Lumina looks too much like a cop car. So I am thinking of doing these things. Let me know your opinion on the separate or all together items. Thanks As Is today. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b67/gtrabit/My%201993%20Chevy%20Lumina%20Euro/HPIM1698.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b67/gtrabit/My%201993%20Chevy%20Lumina%20Euro/HPIM1699.jpg With Z34 kit Paint and 17" Wheels. http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b67/gtrabit/My%201993%20Chevy%20Lumina%20Euro/MyLuminainthenearfeauture.jpg http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b67/gtrabit/My%201993%20Chevy%20Lumina%20Euro/MyLuminainbluewithrimsandZ-34kitrea.jpg Quote

Euro Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 I said yes to paint, wheels, and z34 kit. Although, make the paint better than what you have now!!! btw..do you want a Z34 front grille? The bowtie is shaved off of it, it was on my old Lumina and it didn't go with the car when I sold it. Quote
Psych0matt Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 Looks like Brad's car. where the heck is he, anyone know? He has the blue 4door Z with yellow lettered nascar tires. Quote

No thanks, I like the slit grille. Im going to repaint it black and possibly put on a z34 spoiler. not realy sure yet. I had a OEM Euro spoiler on it but I didnt like it so I took it off and filled the holes. just for the cop look. Now I am sick of the cop look. lol Quote

5speedz34 Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 Looks like Brad's car. where the heck is he, anyone know? He has the blue 4door Z with yellow lettered nascar tires. I saw him last fall when I was out by GR. Yeah, pretty much what Matt said though. Quote
GT Rabit Posted April 6, 2007 Author Report Posted April 6, 2007 the first things that i would do if i were you.. 1 - remove those ghey antennas 2 - remove those numbers on the rear window 3 - new wheels Antennas are DEFONATELY comin off. So are the numbers. The sticker on the right stays. (R.I.P. to my best friend) New Wheels, yes but Im still trying to figure what kind. I work as a security guard at a scrap metal place. I found these and figured I would try them on. They get wheels in all the time. Just that most of the time they are not a full set, one or more are broken, or they are stolen to be sold as scrap. Q-Ball Posted April 6, 2007 Report Posted April 6, 2007 Good idea. I'd get rid of both sets of stickers myself... But thats up to you. Quote
GT Rabit Posted April 6, 2007 Author Report Posted April 6, 2007 Can I not just do this to the rear bumper instead of changing the whole rear end? http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b67/gtrabit/My%201993%20Chevy%20Lumina%20Euro/Z34rearbumper-EDIT.jpg Quote

Andrew Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 as for wheels, you could rob some 2nd gen wheels like these(sl3196's car). they look way better than the stock z34 style IMO. :EDIT: would those fit?? is the backspacing different? Quote

They do look nice, if they weren't directional. I loath directional wheels. Unless they are directed differently on each side. (i.e. left spin on one side right spin on other) Couldnt tell ya if they would fit or not. I would have to test fit one. Quote
Euro Posted April 7, 2007 Report Posted April 7, 2007 the 2nd Gen wheels wouldn't fit unless you messed with the calipers. I don't think the calipers clear Quote
GT Rabit Posted April 16, 2007 Author Report Posted April 16, 2007 The Mitsu wheels are out of the scene. Gona look for some better ones. Thank you all for your opinions and help. The ugly long antana is gone and the other one is soon to follow. I am about to patch the hole today and get it ready for paint. Quote
