Trailing arm mount on underbody

I have a 1991 Lumina with a little rust problem, the area where the trailing arm mounts to the underbody rusted and the trailing arm pulled loose. Does anybody know if there is a body repair panel made that I can use to rebuild this area so that I can remount the trailing arm?

I would at this point consider scrapping the car.

 

Can you take pictures? I;ve seen this before but did not have a camera.... and the car was in motion! very unsafe!!!

Im sure if you could clean it up and get something stronger welding in you'd be ok. Just make sure you get a good welder. But they are pretty flimsy.

Youll need a good fabricator to fix that...
