rockfangd Posted March 26, 2007 Report Posted March 26, 2007 hi everyone I attempted to change both of my power steering lines this morning lets just say it did not go well. I put it on ramps and tried from the bottom. No coverage. So i tried the top and the only thing i saw that could be possible is to remove te brake booster completely and all of the other nearby components.. Am i overlooking something easier? It is a 94 olds cutlass supreme s 3100v6 vin m. The 2 lines that i have to change are the one that has the cooler in the line and the other one from the rack to the pump. Any ideas would be highly appreciated [attachment deleted by admin] Removed to free up storage space. Quote

rockfangd Posted April 2, 2007 Author Report Posted April 2, 2007 i could not find it in my haynes manual but the best advice i have recieved is to drop the subframe at thr rear about 2 inches and go crazy lol Quote
1990lumina Posted April 2, 2007 Report Posted April 2, 2007 Check on page "10-14" in your Haynes..if your book is the same as mine..then find figure: 15.13..it shows where the two lines connect to the rack... Quote
