Nick1234
My friend took his upper intake manifold off to install his insert from zzperformance, and found about 1/2 qt of oil in the lower manifold. What causes that to happen. 00 Impala LS 3.
Supreme Cutlass
Possibly a bad PCV system.

Robby1870
Was the oil puddled up or just coating the inside of the runners? I'm leaning toward PCV system too. I'm not sure where the PCV dumps back into the intake on 3800's, but thats what it sounds like to me.
94CutlassSLCoupe
it could also have a LIM leak, but this is more common on 3x00's
Andrew
the PCV valve is on the left of the intake, under the MAP sensor. just replace it, its cheap.
