89 3.1, dog bone or trans mount

Well i can get a 89 cutty international, leather, rear buckets, basicly the works for like 300-350. It needs a small trans leak fixed and either a dog bone or trans mount (she doesn't know what one and i havn't got to look it over) and it starts right up, runs good and can be driven like it is, now the dog bone is a no problem job, but how much of a pain would it be to put a trans mount on?

trans mount has 4 15mm (iirc) bolts on it, all ya need is a floor jack with a piece of wood, jack up on the tranny pan and slide the old tranny mount out. Takes about an hour to do with rust issues.

I did all 4 mounts on my 94 inabout 4.5 hours. The only thing i have to warn you about is that the original mounts are hydraulic and i havent seen one that ddnt have just 1 blown. Just look for oil and residue on the driver side and the passenger side bottoms and that will tell you if they are bad. The solid mounts are a direct replacement of the hydraulic mounts. Altogether i payed like 100 for all of my mounts. And my dogbones are like 100% better than the cheap ones

Yea go for it, great buy. Trans mount takes about 20 mins. to change by itself, just 4 nuts as gp90se stated, all you need is a jack.
