low air output

The fins on the outside of your evaporator core need to be cleaned out. Pull out your fan motor and reach your hand up into the airbox to "feel out" the evaporator. The go up there with some aerosol degreaser (get something that's not water based so it'll evaporate quickly) and an old toothbrush and lightly scrub the core (go in the direction of the fins, you don't want to bend 'em.) Be sure you put some rags or old towels on your carpet, 'cause you're going to make a mess...

my first post was kinda pointless, sorry

if you are having low heat output then your heater core maybe plugged. The easiest way I know to check is wait til the car is partially warmed up and touch the output side, not the side that comes from the water pump, the side that goes to the thermostat. If its not very hot then your heater core is probably plugged.
