red95cutlass Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Do you guys have any experience with either of these two devices? I want to get a Tech 1 because I want to check why my ABS light keeps coming on in the Cutlass. Do the aftermarket pullers work just as good or better than the old Tech 1? Can you get more info from the ones that connect to a laptop? Here are the sites I have been to: http://www.ecufix.com/shop/ http://www.qcontinuum.org/index.htm Thanks, Quote
dcjredline Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 Tech I is the best one there is for an OBDI Gm vehicle. THat is what the dealers use. Even the $5k snap-on isnt up to the standards of the techI but snap-on can do other cars too. For most aftermarket readers your NOT going to be able to read the ABS and the CEL with the same scanner.
