97loudcut Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 So a buddy of mine has an extra (brand new) subwoofer sitting around since he bought 4 of them but only wants 3 in his trunk. He is going to sell it to me for $75 and I should be picking it up next week. It is a Directed Audio SX12D4 What have you heard about these? My buddy swears by them, and from what I've heard, they're pretty clean sounding. Quote

Timmys95SE Posted January 16, 2007 Report Posted January 16, 2007 I've heard Directed before,Dunno why ppl are saying they suck from what i heard of them they thumped and sounded clear as hell, I would definetly(sp) take those over my sony xplods but its all up to you, i mean $75 is alot cheaper then $400 for two of those directed audio subs and a box(abc warehouse had a "deal" but more like a major rip off) Quote
