97CuttySupSL Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 well guys im runnin size 225 and i was wondering if 240 was to big?? i can pick up 4 pontiac formula rims real cheap...but i was wondering if the bolt pattern was the same or would the offset jus screw me up Quote
19Cutlass94 Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Off the top of my head, Im going to say that they wont fit. Quote
97CuttySupSL Posted January 14, 2007 Author Report Posted January 14, 2007 ok..i was lookin online but cant find the bolt pattern.. *edit* they are 245 Quote
97loudcut Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 They should fit. The calipers are relativly the same size and I ran a 255 tire on my old wheels. I am pretty positive you will ot have any problems. Quote
19Cutlass94 Posted January 14, 2007 Report Posted January 14, 2007 Hes talking about the rims with the tires, not the tires themsleves.... Quote
97CuttySupSL Posted January 15, 2007 Author Report Posted January 15, 2007 ya the tires might fit but will the lug line up.. Quote
Cam'ron Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 when you say formula are you talking formula fiero or formula firebird? firebird no-way fiero might fit Quote
97loudcut Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 Im actually kind of sick of these threads. Call the guy up and schedule a test fit. Quote
jeremy Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 neither a formula fiero or a formula firebird's rims will fit....one lug patter in too small, the other is too large Quote
dcjredline Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 And a Formula Firebird offset should be WAY off. What I dod instead of asking for bolt patterns is go to www.tirerack.com and search for wheels for each car, they will tell you the bolt pattern on the left hand side. Quote

BXX Posted January 15, 2007 Report Posted January 15, 2007 If they are from a F-body the offsets on the front and the rear are different Quote
88Regal Limited Posted January 18, 2007 Report Posted January 18, 2007 f body 4.75" W-body 4.5" or 115mm. Quote
