Grab yourself a bumper from a car that has dual outlets, or if your feeling frisky and think you could manage it, you could make your own cut out on your bumper.

If going for cost, I'd say grab a dual exhaust off of a 94-96 GP along with all of the hangers and go to town. As for what type of muffler to put on there, I couldn't tell ya.

There is NO bolt on aftermarket exhaust for these cars, so pretty much 99% of it will be custom.

I'd hesitate to say obviuosly for this one dude... I'm not certain if they discontinued the dual exhuast option for the smaller engine when they went from 3.1 to 3100, but they did have dual exhaust availible for the 3.1 at least in 92 and 93.

you could pick up a cutty system which would look closer to stock!

my 92 and 93 have duals with the 3.1

my 95 3.4 sedan has duals as well, all the 3.4's had duals. I also bought two full cat back exhaust systems off 3.4 coupes at the j/y.

the 3.1 system has one tip on each mullfer that spreads out flat and has a dividing bar in the middle.

the 3.4 system has two outlets on each muffler and has larger piping, 2 1/4" versus 2"

I would look for a 3.4 CS exhaust system, The result is higher flowing mufflers that actually allow the enigine to breath more. IMO they also make the engine quieter at lower RPMs, and allow it to roar like it should when you giving it a good hard throttle.

If you only plan to use the piping, any 3.4 car may do.

as for the bumper, I would simply cut it, afterall, thats all they did to make them in the first place. trace out the cut you want to make and then go to town.

Just wondering would i be able to do the same? I dont know if it would bol into my 2.8.

you should be able to splice the pipe in after the converter.

I checked, the downpipe should not interchange... at least they have a different diameter donut.

i larger downpip would be nice bu unless you are really trying to race.........
