Front Strut Question

Just take your time with the strut bearings, get some gas and wash them out good, but don't try to take them apart, the balls will fall out. Lubricate lightly with ATF and wipe the excess after. Your PS pump will thank you big time

I wouldnt worry about them rubbing. BTW did you mean 215/60/16? 215/65/16 is a tall sidewall!

BTW, when you cut the jounce bumper, cut it in half, leaving the bigger half on the strut shaft.

Thank you Jay.

No it was not a typo, the car came with a brand new set of Goodyear Assurance TripleTreads and they are 215/65/R16. I don't know what the previous owner was thinking, probably 4x4 was on his mind which would explain my ENORMOUS rear wheel gap!
