Psych0matt Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 basically, i went to put my interior back together, and as I put the cable into the HUD adjuster, i heard a pop and the white thing is now loose (where the ball snaps into). It looks like it may snap back in, but i tried, and it doesnt seem to want to. anyone know if its broke or just popped out? Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

jtmarten Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 I'm not sure about the internals of the switch assembly, but mine was like that when I bought my Cutlass. My guess is it's shot; I'm guessing it has all plastic components inside and not really very durable. The local GM dealer shows the switch assembly as being a current part.
