John ( intern8tion9l ) when he built his, he didnt grind the strut bodies at all. But then again I dont know if lifetime warranty means they will replace it just because it wears out. Kinda like replacing brake pads just because they wear out. I think its just lifetime from defects? Quote

I work in a bicycle shop, the frames come with a "limited life time warrenty" the big limitation, when you take your new Mountain bike off road, it voids the warrenty. Go figure, a mountain bike you can't take off road. With my luck driving the car out of the driveway will void the warrenty on the struts. Jamie Quote
