gmrulz4u Posted June 3, 2003 Report Posted June 3, 2003 What the most likely cause of the following: Idling warm or hot in Drive at a Stop or Red Light with foot on the brake. You take your foot off the brake, and just before you hit the gas the engine "bogs down" and almost feels/sounds like it's gonna die if you don't hurry up and give it gas, then it reacts to the throttle and accelerates fine... I forget? Can this ONLY be fuel delivery related? Or something else? THANKS! Quote
Robby1870 Posted June 5, 2003 Report Posted June 5, 2003 the TPS being messed up can cause that Robby Quote
gmrulz4u Posted June 5, 2003 Author Report Posted June 5, 2003 Cool, thanks... I do notice that sometimes at idle, looking at my scanner, I see the TPS voltage will bounce around between 0.56-0.54-0.56-0.54 etc..etc...it just keeps changing between these two values really fast... I would doubt that this will really cause anything though...0.02 volts probably makes almost NO difference at all to the ECM... Quote
