ihateallmustangs Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 Im tired of paying an arm and a leg every year for new headlights. I just replaced one six months ago and now it blew again. I read somwere someone had removed the bulbs from the houseing and glued older grand prix style bubls in there place so they can be changed. Exacley which bulbs should I get? Quote
5speedz34 Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 9005 for the lows and 9006 for the highs. Quote
ihateallmustangs Posted December 16, 2006 Author Report Posted December 16, 2006 Thanks! , anyway when I was taking the bulb out I noticed they are removable and replaceable. They are g&e aftermarket and have a replaceable insert. Oh well I glued the other one in lol. Quote
ToroToro Posted December 16, 2006 Report Posted December 16, 2006 It's the other way around. 9006 are lows. Quote

THe_DeTAiL3R Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 I've got Silverstars in for the last 1.5-2 years and they've been fine. I dunno about you but my car has DRL (day time running lights) so they are on all the time too. Quote
