no1kicker
I have read that you tap it when the car's running and see if your idle changes. Never tried it before. What is the problem?
GnatGoSplat
You can most likely test it with a hand vacuum pump and a multimeter. I think the output voltage will correspond to a certain "hg of vacuum. The service manual probably has info on what kind of voltage you should be seeing based on the vacuum on the port.
