Addicted To Boost Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 I was working on the TGP today and found a disconnected wire. It is the red wire pictured below coming from the box next to it. Where does this plug in? The other plug next to it is for the washer pump. Any ideas to what this wire/plug connects to? Thanks Quote
Robby1870 Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 That looks like the fuel pump test wire. Its supposed to be like that. Quote
Addicted To Boost Posted December 11, 2006 Author Report Posted December 11, 2006 WOW that was a fast response! Thank you! Quote

GOT2B GM Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 This should be in the FAQ's if it isn't already. Quote
GutlessSupreme Posted December 12, 2006 Report Posted December 12, 2006 It is. Nobody reads FAQS, clearly. Quote
gp90se Posted December 12, 2006 Report Posted December 12, 2006 its the turbo prespooler, load that puppy onto a switch 12v AC gonkulator window, hit it before racing, spools the turbo to 22psi before ya launch... or it turns on the fuel pump, either one Quote
Garrett Powered Posted December 12, 2006 Report Posted December 12, 2006 its the tail light fluid sump motor wire. when your car is equipped with a 5 speed you can dump the clutch and the framice lights up, the piston return springs will turn over the tires pretty damn good. should see 13's Quote
kuntzie Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 ^^^ hes just saying that because he wishes he could hit 13s Quote
Crazy K Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 NO! NO! NO! YOU FOOLS!!! The car is an older model... It doesn't use blinker fluid.... That is the recharge wire for the old fashion flux capacitor that has to be recharged yearly to manually toggle the blinker lights on and off! Quote
89GP_SE Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 i always wondered what that wire did.. Quote
