outatime
I have a 1996 buick regal 3.8. Where is the radiator drain plug. I didn't see it at first glance and figured it would be easier to ask here before spending 5 minutes looking for it.

outatime
Thanks for all the replys. I need to replace the radiator it has a small leak that is small enough not to see but big enough to make it leak. I'm eventually going to pull it out and have it repaired at a radiator shop but in the mean time I need to add some antifreeze. I have been just adding straight water and I park it in the garage but just in case I have to leave it out I don't want to have any problems. outatime
I forgot all about this post. I did take my radiator out and there was a lake caused by one of the fans pushing against the radiator. The shop couldn't fix it but for $120 I got a new one. When I reinstalled the fans I put a small gap in between so this won't be a problem next time.
19Cutlass94
Are you sure something isnt broken on one of the fans? They should have atleast a 1/2" clearance...
outatime
Are you sure something isnt broken on one of the fans? They should have atleast a 1/2" clearance... Everything looked ok. The fans slide down on the bracket at the bottom. To get some space I slid them down but only on half of the piece that slides down if that makes sense. I double checked and everything is nice and tight and not moving and it gives me the space I need.
