stiv2k
Looking to replace my cracked and leaking stock brake lines with stainless steel ones. I have a gen 1 cutty w/ stock 88-93 rear brakes and same w/ fronts. I was looking at this kit, but wasn't sure if it was the right one...can anyone just confirm that this is the right kit before I buy it? http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/brakes.jsp?&make=Goodridge&model=G-Stop+Brakeline+Kit&group=G-Stop+Brakeline+Kit&autoMake=Oldsmobile&autoModel=Cutlass+Supreme&autoYear=1992&autoModClar=&perfCode=S Thanks! Also, what steps are involved in doing this? Are the one-person bleeder kits any good? I was thinking about getting one of those too. slick
Yes, those will work. Just a warning, I have heard that these may need to be modified just a bit at the ends. Some people have ordered with no complaints, others have had to modify. Those self bleed kits do work, and they are cheap. http://www.w-body.com/forum/index.php/topic,51215.0.html
